Job Responsibilities

  • Onboard new HRMS & LMS partners and manage the partnership with existing Strategic Partners, own relationship, and governance, put a business plan in place, work on execution plan, establish periodic cadence and review at all levels, track progress and own KPIs for successful performance of the partnership.
  •  Showcase Partner, seek mindshare and support for Partners within Giift from cross-functional teams and leadership for agreed collaboration initiatives and success.
  •  Constantly work on ways to improve partnerships by coming up with ideas, thought leadership, and Executive buy-in.
  •  Develop a very good understanding of Partner business, strategy, priorities, and challenges and develop a very clear PoV on how to leverage the partnership for the best outcome that aligns with Giift’s Organizational priority and strategy.
  •  Build Relationships with CXOs at Partner org, and have a very good understanding of their priorities, expectations, and plans.
  •  In partnership with partners, achieve sales plan for new customer acquisition, retention, business mix, and overall revenue targets
  • Track and Report Progress, Achievements and highlight Risks and Areas of improvement transparently.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree, MBA will be a plus.
  • Worked for an HR Tech form will be a plus.
  • 4+ years of experience in Strategic Alliance, Channels, Business Development, Sales and Marketing
  • Must have worked in Large SIs, and OEMs in Enterprise Software / Solution business.
  •  A good understanding of current trends in Technology, offerings, and players. Ability to grasp new technology concepts quickly and think creatively.
  •  Good understanding of how the Global Economy, Country Level Policies, Compliance Requirements and Market Preferences are changing and influencing technology adoption and decisions.
  •  Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial, high growth and fast-paced environment
